Kris Gomez embarked on his musical journey at the age of 12, initially exploring the realms of guitar under the guidance of classical guitarist Onofre Nisay and esteemed Filipino shredder Chuck Eribal (Magnum Opus). Drawing inspiration from his mentors, Kris delved deeper into the music scene, lending his talents to various metal bands across the bustling metropolis. Eventually, Kris embarked on a solo endeavor - crafting emotive compositions under the moniker Kris G's Catharsis. Currently, Kris channels his passion as the vocalist/guitarist for the j-rock ensemble Re:ANIMUS and the guitarist/composer for the visual kei quintet D'VAIN. With a penchant for anime, pop-culture, & theatrical themes, Kris and his projects continue to electrify convention stages - bringing vibrant energy to audiences far and wide.
